The crane scales utilize wireless transmission technology to transmit weighing data from the scale to a desktop wireless indicator with an operating range of up to 50 metres, allowing operators to monitor weight safely from a remote location. Unlike standard crane scales, these models do not have a display or RF keyboard mounted on the scale. Instead, all weighing information and operating controls are available on the desktop indicator. Each crane scale is equipped with a power indication LED and houses the load cell, wireless transmitter, rechargeable battery, and charger within the scale body. The desktop indicator supports an optional RS-232 interface for computer and printer connectivity and can be supplied with an optional battery backup for uninterrupted operation. Additional features include date and time entry, memory storage for up to 100 weight records, and a display hold function for convenient operation and documentation.
